This Western Cartridge Co. manufactured off-white, yellow, blue, and red cardboard box with the circular bullseye target contains 48 of the original 50 rounds of 45 grain Smokeless 22 Win. Auto. Rim Fire ammunition with copper cases and Lubaloy coated, copper washed bullets and is in good condition with light to moderate wear, foxing, dirt smudging, and light water damage on one corner. A piece of the colorful layer of paper is missing from the upper, right corner of the top panel. The top panel states "Lubaloy 45 GR. COATED BULLET". The bottom panel displays a cartridge, Made in U.S.A., and four patent numbers. This box displays a top hinging left end flap and a bottom hinging right end flap. Each side also displays two small, inner end flaps. The main end flaps state "COATED BULLET" and the warning reads "CAUTION! / Dangerous within / 1 Mile". The back, inner end flap on the left side of the box states "19-A". The copper casings display the "2-1" headstamp and some of the casings have spots of tarnish present, likely due to the water damage. The bullets show light wear.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1931 and was produced until circa 1946.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WCC-4.4 WA-1(g) variation. The difference observed is that this box displays blue printing as opposed to black. This box displays the #4 front panel, "Z4" bottom panel, "B" end flap, #3 end flap warning, and copper casings.
