This Thompson Center manufactured blue finished late variation foreward recoil lug with the raised step and rounded mating section is for the later Omega in-line muzzle loading rifle with the fully rounded underside having a notch on the underside of the barrel in which this part attaches to. This late variation foreward recoil lug is in very good condition with light wear.  (file photo)
