This Federal Cartridge Co. manufactured dark blue, silver, red and white large cardboard box contains 48 of the original 50 rounds of Classic 38 grain high velocity 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and copper plated, hollow point bullets and is in very good condition with moderate shelf wear and some masking tape residue running from the left end flap onto the top of the box. This box displays the copyright "©F.C.C. 1991" on the bottom. The dimensions of this box are 2 7/8" x 1 1/2" x 1 1/16" tall.  (file photos)

Date of Manufacture: This style box was produced in 1992.

Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # FED-19 LR-2 variation. The differences observed are that this box displays 2 small, dark blue stripes that run from the top panel edge to the back pannel edge of the box, the copyright symbol (©) is present after the word "FEDERAL" on the top of the box, "TM" is present after the word "Classic" on the top of the box, and the bottom of the box does not match Huegel's due to this box being a 22 LR box.
