This Peters Cartridge Division manufactured blue, red and white cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of High Velocity 22 W.R.F. (Rem. Spl.) ammunition with brass cases and is in good condition at best with moderate wear, fading, and a wrinkled corner. The white portions of the box have turned tan with age and a previous owner has written "1.99" in blue ink on the bottom of the box. The left end flap is missing from the box and the right end flap is detached, but present. This box displays the semi-circle thumb cut on the right end of the box. The brass casings display the "PE-1" headstamp.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1947 and was produced until circa 1960.
