This Peters Cartridge Division manufactured red, black and tan cardboard box with the bullseye design contains all 50 rounds of Rustless Target standard velocity 22 Short ammunition with brass cases and is in good condition with moderate wear and some oil staining on the bottom. The product code "No. 2214" is printed on the top of the box. This box displays the top aligned "P" in "Peters", the "B" style box bottom, and the small, half diamond thumb cut on the right end of the box. The brass casings display the "P-6" headstamp and have a coating of verdigris present.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1948 and was produced until 1962.

Note: This box is the Huegel # PCC-54C S-2(a) variation. This box displays the top aligned "P" in "Peters", the "B" style box bottom, and the small, half diamond thumb cut on the right end of the box. The brass casings display the "U-3" headstamp.
