This Peters Cartridge Division manufactured black and silver cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Rustless Filmkote 22 LR ammunition with copper cases and is in near excellent condition with light wear and some wrinkles in the back panel. The bottom of the box displays the company information "PETERS CARTRIDGE DIVISION / REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY, INC. / KINGS MILLS OHIO.". Both end flaps display the product code "NO. 2246" and the end flap warning reads "DANGEROUS / WITHIN 1 MILE". There is a semicircular thumb cut present on each end of the box. The copper casings display a P headstamp, probably the "P-5" headstamp, and have a light tarnish present.

Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1934 and was produced until circa 1940.

Note: This box is the Huegel # PCC-12 LR-1 variation. This box displays the "F" style bottom and copper casings with a P headstamp, probably the "P-5" headstamp.
