This Ithaca manufactured 30" long barrel is for the model M-66 Supersingle lever action single barrel shotgun in 12 gauge with a 3" chamber and is in very good condition retaining the majority of its original blue finish and some scattered specks of surface rust.  This full choke barrel comes with a brass bead front sight, the early variation extractor (round shank) and extractor spring.   (file photos)
