Here is a near new Winchester model 1886 Deluxe Limited Series lever action rifle in 45-90 caliber with a 24" long octagon barrel having a bright, excellent bore. This rifle's base serial number is 00048 not including the letter prefixes and sufixes. The receiver, lever, grip cap and butt plate retain all of their original case colors. The barrel, full length magazine tube and remaining small parts retain all of their original blue finish. The checkered pistol grip fancy walnut butt stock and forearm rate excellent with a factory oil finish. Features include a brass bead front sight, sporting rear sight and tang mounted sliding safety. Mechanically, this rifle functions perfectly. The only thing this rifle is lacking is the box and instructions.
