This Winchester manufactured 6 1/2" long metal barbers' shears are in the German pattern and contain the word "Winchester" on the left side blade, "Winchester / -Trade Mark- / Made in U S.A." on the left side behind the screw and "9170 / 7" on the opposite side. The shears are in very good condition exhibiting a mostly bare metal grayish brown patina with light rust staining and about 25% original Nickel finish remaining.
