Here is a very fine Browning model 1885 Low Wall single shot rifle in 260 Rem. caliber with a 24" long tapered octagon barrel having a bright, excellent bore. It is my understanding that this caliber is limited in manufacture to about 400 specimens. The metal surfaces retain 99% original high luster blue finish with just a couple faint scratches on the left side of the receiver and minimal high edge wear at the muzzle. The checkered pistol grip fancy walnut butt stock and forearm with schnabel tip rate excellent. Mechanically, this rifle functions as nice as it looks. Rifle is equipped with a Leupold Vari-XII compact 2-7 variable power rifle scope with a duplex reticle and excellent optics. The scope is attached using Redfield rings, Leupold bases and additionally has Butler Creek flip up lens covers. An attractive rifle that only needs a new owner.  (see photos)
