This Winchester manufactured model 1882 loading tool is for the 38 WCF (38-40) cartridge and is in near excellent condition retaining 90% plus original blue finish with a few light dings, some scattered specks of surface rust, and the balance exhibiting a gray gun metal color. All of the printing is clear and fully legible. A nice high condition antique Winchester loading tool.
