This Savage / Stevens manufactured barreled receiver is for the model 59B bolt action shotgun in 410 bore and has the 24" long barrel, 2 1/2 & 3" chamber, and is equipped with the front and rear dovetail blocks. This barreled receiver is in very good condition exhibiting a mixture of thinning original blue finish which is blending with a pleasing brown patina and possibly having a few specks of surface oxidation. The receiver is the only part on the model 59B shotgun that can NOT be sent directly to a customer but must be shipped to a dealer. Barreled receivers do not qualify as a C&R based upon BATFE's guide lines. (file photo)
