This Winchester manufactured barreled receiver is for the model 54 bolt action rifle in 30 WCF caliber and is in very good condition retaining most of its original blue finish with light wear. The nickel steel barrel is 24" long with a very good bore. The receiver is the only part on the model 54 bolt action rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through an FFL dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. (file photos)
