Barrel - Solid Frame - 22 Rimfire - Octagon - Original
This Remington manufactured 22 1/2" long octagon barrel is for the No. 4 single shot rolling block rifle in 22 rimfire caliber with a solid frame (non-takedown variation) and is in good condition exhibiting a dark brownish gray patina with a few specks of older rust. The bore may have a few faint specks of pitting present. The barrel is simply marked "Remington Arms Co. Ilion, NY". (file photo)
