Barreled Receiver - 22 Hornet - (FFL Required)
This Savage manufactured barreled receiver consists of the receiver, integral 25" long barrel for the Sporter model 23D bolt action rifle in 22 Hornet caliber and the recoil lug. The bore is bright and rates excellent. The metal surfaces retain most of their original but thinning blue finish with light wear and some scattered specks of light surface rust staining present. The integral barreled receiver is the only part on the Sporter model 23D rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through an FFL dealer. Barreled receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. (file photos)
