Barreled Receiver - w/ Sights & Removed Mum - (FFL Required)
This Japanese manufactured barreled receiver is for the type 44 Arisaka bolt action carbine in 6.5 Jap caliber and features an 18 1/2" barrel with both the front sight and rear sight assembly. This barreled receiver is in very good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with traces of thinning original blue finish and some spots of pitting and rust staining. The receiver is the only part on the Type 44 Arisaka carbine that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Barreled receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. (file photos)
