Butt Plate - 2nd Variation - Original
This Springfield Armory manufactured second variation butt plate with trap door is for the American model 1896 / 1898 Krag Jorgenson bolt action rifle and is in good condition exhibiting a brownish gray patina with honest wear and light pitting. (file photo)
