Western Box of 44-40 Win. Rifle Ammunition
This Western manufactured yellow, red, and blue cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of 200 grain soft point 44-40 Win. ammunition. It is in very good condition with light tarnishing to the cartridges and some minor shelf wear to the box such as smudging and some minor scratches in the printing on the box. There is a square spot on the top of the box that is damaged due to what looks like a sticker having been taken off. The box is labelled with the red code 4440, and the bottom of the box included description of the cartridges. The cartridges has some very minor corrosion. These are smokeless power point bullets and they use non-corrosive primers. The cartridges have the headstamp "W-W 44-40 Win".
