This Remington manufactured second variation checkered walnut standard weight fore-end assembly is for the model 1894 hammerless double shotguns in 12 gauge with the double thicker hook on the underside of the barrels and is in very good condition with moderate wear to the checkering, light dings and handling marks. This fore-end assembly consists of the walnut forend, second variation fore-end iron assembly and the fore-end catch assembly. (file photos)
