This Winchester manufactured receiver is for the model 1892 lever action takedown rifle in 38-40 Win and 44-40 Win caliber. This receiver is in very good condition having been nicely refinished many years ago and now exhibiting a pleasing light brownish blue mixture and being void of any rust or pitting. (file photos)
