Receiver - (FFL Required)
This Remington manufactured receiver is for the model 550 semi-auto rimfire rifle and is in very good condition retaining a mixture of thinning original blue finish with a brownish gray patina and possibly having a few specks of light surface rust. The receiver is the only part on the model 550 rifle that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receivers do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. (file photos)
