Receiver & Barrel Assembly - 7 1/2" Length Barrel - (FFL Required)
This Ruger manufactured barreled receiver is for the old model 3 screw Super Blackhawk single action revolver in 44 Magnum caliber and is in very good condition retaining most of its original blue finish with light wear. The barrel is 7 1/2" long and has its ejector housing stud, front sight and a bright, excellent bore. The firing pin, recoil plate and retaining pin are all present. A previous owner has professional had a brass insert added to the front sight blade to make it sight a little easier. The receiver is the only part on the Super Blackhawk revolver that is tracked as a firearm therefore it will need to be transferred through a dealer. Receiver and barrel assemblies do not qualify as a C&R based on BATFE's guide lines. (file photos)
