Remington Kleanbore Box of 22 Winchester Automatic Ammunition
This Remington manufactured green, red and white cardboard box contains all 50 rounds of Kleanbore 22 Winchester Automatic ammunition with brass cases and is in good to very good condition with light to moderate wear, dirt smudges, and possibly a 1/8" tear in the top hinge of the right end flap. The white portions of the box have turned tan with age. The product code "7522" is printed next to the semi circle thumb cut on the right end of the box. The brass casings display the "U-6" headstamp and have scattered specks of tarnish present. (file photos)
Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1946 and was produced until 1962.
Note: This box is the Huegel # REM-12 WA-1(b) variation. The brass casings display the "U-6" headstamp.
