This Remington manufactured checkered pistol grip walnut buttstock assembly is for the model 1885 / 87 hammer double shotgun and is in very good condition with light dings, handling marks and a few short (sound) cracks present. This buttstock assembly consists of the walnut buttstock, hard rubber butt plate with both buttplate mounting screws and a hard rubber grip cap with mounting screw. (file photos)
