Barrel - Standard Grade - Early Variation - Original
This Remington manufactured early variation 24" long barrel is for the early model 514 bolt action rimfire rifle with the wider barrel channel as this barrel measures .765" wide just ahead of the receiver and .610" at the muzzle. This wider early variation barrel is in very good condition exhibiting a mixture of thinning original blue finish with a brownish gray patina and having some scattered specks of surface rust and light wear. The early variation barrel will have the earlier model marking. The bore is bright and rates excellent. (file photos)
