Barrel Stud - 1st Variation - Original
This Stevens manufactured first variation barrel stud is for the earliest of Crack Shot-26 single shot lever action rimfire rifles with an 18" long barrel and is in very good condition exhibiting a grayish brown patina with light wear and possibly a few specks of rust. The first variation barrel stud measures .320" high (threads not included). (file photo)
Date of Manufacture: between 1913 and 1923.
Note: we have observed 2 early Crack Shot-26 rimfire rifles with 18" long barrels having this 1st variation part.
