Butt Stock - w/ Crack - Original

Description

This Stevens manufactured checkered semi-pistol grip walnut butt stock is for the model 250 Hammer double shotgun and is in about very good condition except for a major crack traveling from the rear of one lock plate to the other. The crack likely separated the top section from the rest of the stock and shows signs of a quality repair including the installation of a wood screw which is completely hidden when the trigger plate is in place. Additionally, there is a small crack traveling back from the top tang to the left side lock plate but it appears quite sound. (file photos)
