Stock - Walnut - Right Handed - 2nd Variation - Original
This Thompson Center manufactured second variation walnut stock is for the right handed New Englander muzzle loading rifle and is in very good condition with some light dings and honest wear. The second variation stock is designed for the late variation lockplate washer and the early variation tang and trigger guard which does not have the inner threads for the long upper tang screw with the machined threads. This stock is void of any cracks or chips but may have had an added coat of varnish finish added and possibly a sling swivel stud along the toe line by a previous owner. (file photos)
