Trigger Guard Housing & Tang - 3rd Variation - Stripped - Original
This Savage manufactured stripped third variation trigger guard housing and tang is for the model 1903 slide action rimfire rifle and is in good condition exhibiting a brown patina with some scattered spots of rust and traces of original blue finish in protected areas. (file photos)
Note: Third variation receivers will have a lower tang that has a slight downward curve at the rear most point and factory machined for the late variation ejector which is sold separately.
