Western Super-X Box of 22 LR Ammunition - Hollow Point - Partial Box
This Winchester-Western Division manufactured yellow, red, white and blue cardboard box contains 36 of the original 50 rounds of Super-X 37 grain 22 LR ammunition with brass cases and copper washed, hollow point bullets and is in very good to near excellent condition with light shelf wear and dirt smudging. The ownership line "WINCHESTER-WESTERN DIVISION" is printed on the bottom. The brass casings display the "SU-1" headstamp.
Date of Manufacture: This style box was introduced in 1960 and was produced until 1962.
Note: This box is similar to the Huegel # WCC-11 LR-3(b) variation. The difference observed is that the bottom of the box differs in wording, font size, and layout.
