This Winchester manufactured fourth variation 14 groove walnut action slide handle (forearm) is for the late model 12 slide action shotgun in 12 gauge and is in very good condition with light dings and handling marks. (file photo)

12 Gauge: 1218848, 1671966
Note: We believe that this fourth variation forearm will only work on the late variation action slide because of how they designed it with its factory cut in the walnut forearm.
