     Here is an early Winchester model 1893 slide action shotgun receiver with serial # 20357. This completely stripped receiver has been cleaned to a gun metal gray color with a few spots of brown patina present. The left side of the receiver has also been machined down about a thirty second or sixety fourth of an inch for some unknown reason likely by the same previous owner likely in preparation for a restoration project.  {Antique}
